The origination of Gareth's name....
Aaron & I visited CJ's in Buckhead on Memorial Day weekend 3 years ago while Heather and Alison were visiting with us. Gareth Asher was playing that night. He's a local guy that is an amazing artist. Both of us really liked this guy's music a lot, and he reminded me of my little brother picking his guitar all the time. It just so happened to be around the time we started trying, and Memorial Day happened to be the last time I saw my dad before he died 2 years prior. Well, as we sat there talking about the fact that we had been trying to get pregnant, we started talking about how cool and unique the name Gareth was, and if we ended up having a boy, we should use that name. About 8 months later Aaron, Tyler and I were trying to decide on a name. We made a huge list of any possible names we all liked. We then chose 5 names from the long list that each of us liked. Gareth ended up being the only name we all 3 had on our top five. Logan was chosen as the middle name. Well, as it turns out, a couple weeks later we had a little boy - and there you go.

Gareth Asher played one last show at CJ's farewell party on Saturday night, so Aaron & I joined some friends for a little fun. CJ's is being bull-dozed (along with several other bars in Buckhead) for condos to be built.
